Policies

⭐ RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS ⭐

- Returns and exchanges are not accepted once your order has shipped; all sales are final after shipment.

- If there is an issue with your order however (e.g. received incorrect pin grade), please contact me ASAP within one week of delivery to resolve it.

- Cancellations are allowed as long as your order has not shipped.

- For packages missing in transit that are insured, please contact me NO LATER THAN 60 days (USA orders) / 8 months (INTL orders) after it had shipped in order to file an insurance claim and receive a full refund (see FAQ page for more information on insurance). It is the buyer's responsibility to inform SAODAZE of any parcel issues in time as according to USPS carrier terms / Shipsurance's deadlines. We cannot help you if you allow time to elapse.

- This shop is neither responsible for delivery mishandlings nor stolen parcels after they have been transferred into the hands of USPS. Unfortunately, I will not be able to refund or replace orders with a successfully delivered tracking status.

⭐ PRE-ORDERS ⭐

- By pre-ordering, you are helping to fund the production of the pins and are acknowledging that there is a waiting period before they can be received.

- Please do not pre-order if you cannot wait potentially up to 3+ months for the pin to complete production and then be shipped to you. While I do produce final samples first before accepting pre-orders to shorten the waiting time, pin production can still be a lengthy process and delays may occur.

- If you have uncertainties about pre-ordering, there will always be in-hands at a later date!

- If absolutely necessary, I do accept cancellations of pre-orders that have not been shipped yet.* Please contact me via contact form or email me at [email protected] with your order number.

*Note that if you frequently cancel pre-orders, you may be banned from pre-ordering future projects. Please keep PO cancellations to a minimum!

⭐ GRADING ⭐

Please note that enamel pins are made by hand and will not be 100% perfect.

✦ Standard Grade: Best pins in the batch! Minimal flaws; no noticeable flaws at arm's length. Flaws may include: minor scuffs, tiny specks, tiny bubbles, slightly uneven enamel, minor overfill, minor marks, etc.

✦ B-grade: Small flaws. Nothing major that takes away from the pin, but flaws may be noticeable at arm's length once spotted. Flaws may include: small marks, scratches, metal imperfections, nicks, etc.

✦ C-grade: More obvious flaws. Flaws may include: facial marks, small areas of missing enamel fill, missing metal lines, etc.

Flaws vary with every design and batch. More specific information on the types of flaws you can expect are mentioned in the items' descriptions.

⭐ RESALES & TRADES ⭐

You are welcome to resell or trade your items from this shop whenever necessary, however:

- Please do not purchase with the intent to flip.

- Please do not scalp my projects.

- Please avoid pre-trading.

- Do NOT resell P4P items for profit.

Repeat offenders will be banned from future purchases.
