Delivery time depends on location + the efficiency of postal services; delays may occur due to external factors (weather, holidays, pandemic, customs holds, etc.)

✦ Can I update my shipping address and/or make changes to my order?
- Yes. Please use the contact form on my website or email me directly at [email protected] ASAP. Address and item quantity issues cannot be fixed after your order has been shipped.

✦ Can I combine orders?
- You can combine orders of in-stocks only OR pre-orders of the same pin design, yes! Just let me know via email the order numbers. Any excess shipping costs will be refunded once your order has been processed for shipment.

✦ What if I don't receive my order?
For packages missing in transit that are insured, please contact me within the deadlines (see INSURANCE section below for more information) in order to receive a full refund (or reshipment if possible).

This shop is neither responsible for delivery mishandlings nor stolen parcels after they have been transferred into the hands of USPS. Unfortunately, I will not be able to refund or replace orders with a successfully delivered tracking status [without InsureShield].

 

⭐ INSURANCE ⭐

✦ Do you offer package insurance?

Yes! ALL domestic orders include carrier insurance and all international orders include InsureShield by default.

USA residents can purchase InsureShield at checkout for extra security. InsureShield offers better and more protections--including protections against porch theft. I highly recommend purchasing InsureShield if you need full package protection!


✦ How does insurance protect my order?
- Package insurance financially protects your order in the event that your package is damaged or lost in the care of postal services.

Should a delivery issue occur with your package and it is insured, a parcel claim can be filed for you to receive a full refund. Please contact me via email regarding this; claims must be reported and filed no later than the deadlines below.
